About Us

The Full Story
We are a small, dedicated team providing expert millwright services and custom industrial solutions to sawmills, OSB plants, and pulp mills across Northern Alberta, as well as the prospecting and mining sectors of the Yukon. We were founded on the belief that a well-designed solution is always better than simply throwing bodies or brand new iron at a problem.
Our core philosophy is sustainability through innovation. Instead of the "buy new, scrap, repeat" cycle that dominates our industry, we specialize in a rebuild and repeat model. We acquire, rebuild, and re-engineer industrial equipment to a like-new state, providing a more cost-effective solution while reducing waste and promoting a more sustainable future for your operations. We see ourselves as partners in efficiency, not just a service crew. Our deep knowledge of industrial power transmission and pumping solutions allows us to provide the in-depth expertise needed to keep your business running effectively.
Our Values
-
Solutions Driven: We are not just a labor force. We dive deep into complex issues, spending the time and effort on research to provide innovative, lasting solutions. We'd rather fix a problem for good than swap parts and be back in six weeks.
-
Knowledgeable: We are the right people in the right places, and we invest in getting to know you and your specific challenges. This is why we don't mind a 3 AM phone call—we're here when you need us, ready to apply our expertise.
-
Committed to Sustainability: We believe economic production and environmental stewardship can go hand-in-hand. By rebuilding and refurbishing equipment, we provide a cost-effective path for producers to do their part for a more sustainable future.
Our Vision
We’re building a business with the goal of improving how fluid transfer and pumping solutions are delivered in the mining and construction industries. Over time, we plan to invest in research and development to create more sustainable equipment and practical alternatives to the traditional “remove and replace” approach. Our aim is not only to repair what’s broken but also to contribute to designing better, longer-lasting solutions that support our clients and the industries we serve.
